Meredith Sowder

Meredith Sowder is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan. Born and raised in Butler County, Ohio, Meredith is proud to serve the community she calls home and is committed to helping individuals achieve improved mental health and overall well-being.

Meredith earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Miami University, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Christ College of Nursing and Health Sciences, and her Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Northern Kentucky University. Her clinical training included outpatient psychiatry and addiction medicine, where she gained experience in psychiatric assessment, medication management, and therapeutic support for patients of all ages.

Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Meredith worked in healthcare systems analysis before transitioning into nursing, where she developed strong clinical and patient advocacy skills. She now practices as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at OwlBridge Wellness, where she provides patient-centered mental health care focused on individualized treatment and collaborative therapeutic relationships.

Outside of work, Meredith enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, reading, boating, watching baseball, and relaxing with her favorite TV shows.
